I received only one genuine person on match.com. The rest were scammers trying to get money be aware!!!! I have been dealing with the police over this. Match.com are not interested. Don’t join because they they don’t vet. I had different men contacting me. Same profile but different names. All wanting money when I and the police contacted them they said be careful!!!!! What answer is that!!! Women be aware. These scammers are using the same photos but different profiles. Match. Com does not want anything to do with it. Be warned I have caught them out, only because I was in touch with the police. If he says he is dealing with cancer and a neuro surgeon take his contact details and inform the police

Fraudulent website
This company I thought was legit is full of scammers. I contacted my bank & got a full refund, no questions asked. My bank knows they are a scam. Fake profiles & people who are dead still on their website, what a joke. Thanks for my money back for your fraudulent website.

I was unhappy
I joined this site and after a week saw that it wasn’t performing like I had hoped. The amount of people available and the amount I liked and messaged versus how many of them viewed my profile. So I was unhappy after a week and called customer service for a refund. They refused to give me one, said I only had 2 days to do that. I told them just prorate it for the week I used. They refused and have stuck me with a service I don’t want for 6 months. SO REMEMBER IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOU HAVE 2 DAYS!!!

It is terminated my account for NO VALID REASON. They refuse to refund me the $129.99 I paid for 6 months and only used it for 3 months because they sent me an email saying they decided to terminate my account as if I’m some kind of Nigerian scam or prostitute. Do not think for a moment you can get out of this like you can on all the other pay by month services. You cannot!! Even if no matches in your area, they will tell you the same old dribble to lower your standards and get whatever you can to find love. They are liers
As many others my account has been blocked falsely!! I have NOT violated, threatened or been abusing anyone. I had paid for a weeks premium but they are refusing to refund as I’ve “ broken there t&c’s” which I clearly haven’t! They never listen but send out vague replies missing the point every time. They will not tell you the reason but refer you to terms and conditions which DO NOT say anything about not being refunded. They are liers And running a scam. Definatley a scam
Would give 0 stars If I could. I signed up for a 99 cent one day trial. After using it an hour or so I realised it was a scam and never used it again. A few days later I checked my account and they charged me over 65 dollars in 2 days for premium functions and a monthly subscription even though I only signed up for a day. Now I can’t get in contact with them. Definatley a scam

No-refund policy
Before 24 hours after I join I wanted to cancel as I had purchase their tokens along with membership. I have emailed them 3 times and no response at all. They just ignore my request. If need be I do have copies of all correspondence. Even if there was a no-refund policy they should have at least notified of that.

Absolutely awful experience, poor customer service, terribly built site and rip off merchants. Make it extremely difficult to cancel an overpriced subscription which automatically renews without warning or an easy way to cancel. Reporting to Trading Standards, these cowboys need to be stopped.

I just cancel my membership 4 months early because it is full of fake profiles and scamming profiles don’t waste your time and hard earn money with this site. When you receive fake subspinous and scam profile and report they don’t seem to care and try to stop it. Take the word from a X member that cancel 4 months early.

This site is a huge scam. Do not sign up. Since signing up for a paid membership, I have gotten a malware virus on my computer. I called their IT help desk for support and was told I would need to pay them $149 to take a look and it may cost more for them to remove the Trojan. I told them to refund my membership immediately. They said it was my problem. The company is located in Berlin Germany and they say you can’t sue them… well, I have notified my CC company and am getting a refund and also blocked them from their automatic renewal. Never again.
